Hello my name is Maricelda and I'm a very proud mother of a 1 year old baby girl named Madison born with bilateral microthalmia. Madison is a very beautiful and intelligent child. She has some vision in both eyes, but at this point we don't know exactly how much. She loves to dance and loves to talk. She started walking at 11 months and is doing pretty much everything a normal one year old should be doing. She loves to talk and repeats everything she hears. We did go see an ocularist for the conformers, but we didn't go through the process because as per the ocularists, Madison's facial structure is growing as should.
