has anyone heard of patients having seizures due to microphthalmia

My daughter is 13 years old and recently started having seizures. She since has had EEG testing which has come up as normal. She does tell me her right eye(affected by Microphthalmia) hurts before and after. I am starting to think maybe they are related? Any help or info you can offer would be great!

I hope you have found an answer to your question. And I hope you have been able to get your daughter's seizures under control. Good luck. My 7yr old has bilat micro. So far, no seizures.
