Recommend an ocularist in northern NJ/NYC?

Greetings to all. I am new to the Forum and not great w/"posts" vs. "threads" (and what exactly are "tags"?) but perhaps someone can help w/the following: My 9-month-old son has just had dermis fat graft surgery to replace a series of hydrogel socket expanders in his anophthalmic left eye. Now it's time to find an ocularist. I'm familiar w/all the Am. Society of Ocularists choices in my area, but does anyone know which one(s) are both great w/babies AND good about (i.e. experienced with) dealing with insurance companies? We have HealthNet -- has anyone in the tri-state area had luck w/them & ocularists?
